Placing an Order

usually ship on the same business day as follows:
 
• Monday-Thursday: Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET

• Monday-Thursday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET
• Friday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST

Orders placed on a later time in the day are processed the next business day.

Packages are shipped by UPS F.O.B. New York. Upgraded methods are available to comply with customers’ expedited needs.

Shipping Methods and Timing for International Orders

• All orders are subject to verification and approval
• All orders are shipped the next business day by USPS
• Most orders are shipped by Express Mail upon availability
• Please allow 5-7 business days for shipments to arrive

Damage or shortage claims
All Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery.

• Merchandise could be returned within 30 days for an exchange and 14 days full refund
• Returns received after this tiem are subject to a 10% restocking fee
• Shipping charges are nonrefundable
• Duty fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited

Designersimports.com does not hold any responsibilities and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing or product specifications due to typographical errors. We shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.

Stock Availability
Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should we become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, your order may be delayed for one business day. Rush orders will be notified on the same business day by email.

Designersimports.com will not be held accountable for fulfillment of these requests in the event that these items are not available by our suppliers.

A Business day is a day that Designers Imports is open for shipping. This is usually based on United States regular working days which excludes weekends, legal as well as major holidays.
