- Items are returnable 7 day from the day of receipt
- Returns are accepted without an RMA #
- All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, mint condition , with all accessories, tags, documentation and authenticity cards.
- Items that include a registration card, must be unregistered.
- Please inspect your purchase carefully upon receipt. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, Designers Imports reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged.
- Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card, will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
- Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will be made by check after a 10-day waiting period from placement of the order.
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Return shipping is not reimbursed without prior approval.
- We are not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise.
- We are not responsible for negligence or misuse of the product by the customer.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in return shipping.
