manufacturer's packing with all
included items it originally
shipped.

You DON'T need to contact Customer Service for prior approval on returns when shipped back within 7 days of receipt,
or 14 days for exchanges
(excluding shipping time).

to January 7th 2008 without prior

to return an item |

- Please package the
item being returned with all included items it was originally shipped.

2) Package the item in a manner that
it shouldn’t get damaged during shipping.
- Include a copy of your original packing slip,
and fill out the "Return Form" in print.
- Specify clearly in print the reason you are returning/exchanging the the item.
- For your protection insure the package and ship regular shipping via a traceable method.
